Dr. Manoj P. Jadhav, M. Pharm., Ph.D., FCP, is a distinguished translational clinical pharmacologist and visionary leader in pharmaceutical research, drug development, and regulatory strategy. With over 19 years of experience spanning preclinical, clinical, and regulatory domains, he has successfully led the development of both novel and repurposed drugs across therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, oncology, and central nervous system disorders. His expertise in clinical pharmacology and strategic regulatory planning has been instrumental in guiding drug candidates through critical milestones, including FDA interactions, pre-IND and IND submissions, and clinical development planning.
As the Founder and CEO of ISHA Therapeutics, Dr. Jadhav spearheads innovative drug development initiatives, translating cutting-edge research into viable therapeutic solutions for lifestyle, infectious, and rare diseases. His leadership extends beyond scientific innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration among top-tier scientists and industry professionals to drive growth and innovation. Prior to founding ISHA Therapeutics, he served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development & Strategy at CRC Pharma, where he played a pivotal role in business development, regulatory writing, and clinical program management.
A prolific researcher, Dr. Jadhav has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and has co-authored books and book chapters. His academic contributions include faculty roles at the University of the Pacific and the University of Florida, where he teaches drug development principles and regulatory strategy. His dedication to advancing clinical pharmacology is further reflected in his role as a founding member of the South Asian College of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology.

Dr. Jadhav received his PhD in Pharmaceutics from Bombay College of Pharmacy and KEM Hospital at the University of Mumbai, India and did his Post-doctoral Fellowship at the Colleges of Pharmacy and Medicine Univ. of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. He did his M. Pharmacy from DIPSAR, New Delhi (gold medalist).
