He can be rightly defined by one word i.e. “An explorer”, explorer with rich expertize in setting up and running businesses. He is an individual with multiple domain experience spanning from Human Recourse, Leadership, Project Management, Software project development and launch to Operations and Training. On the educational front he is Masters in Clinical Research with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and SCRUM certified professional. He has completed his bachelor’s in Biotechnology.
His first enterprising experience was setting up and running a highly successful Site Management Office, which was right after completion of his Masters. The company catered to various “Clinical Research Organizations” and Pharmaceutical companies to conduct research on their molecule. His great knowledge and zeal to succeed quickly led him to his second venture where he was a founder of a “Clinical Research Organization” and heading the Operations. Here he handled the set up, execution and delivery of local and global pharmaceutical research projects.
After heading operations successfully, to get practical experience of the fields that he was studying (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) he went into learning mode and took up employment to acquire skills in Project Management and HR through implementation of a popular ERP software. After gaining experience and practical knowledge he ventured in to start a Learning and Development company which catered to the requirement of first time leaders and managers. The company also had a wing to develop budding entrepreneur from colleges. The company provided a platform for the college students to engage in development of their entrepreneur skills.
In the current venture he is associated with ProRelix Research heading the business operations and the training department. His wealthy experience in Project management and handling global clients helps ProRelix Research to grow continuously. His expertize in across varied verticals helps ProRelix Research meet its vision of providing quality service across domains.
